" Apa nama " that is our Tun Dr, Mahathir's favourite phrase which he would habitually use to punctuate his sentences during his long winding speeches and in his daily conversation. This phrase is so associated with him that friends and foes comically used it to mimic him. And recenty, he even named his new yatch as such.

I had always wanted a Domain Name that is simple to pronouse and spelled, catchy enough to remember and have a significant link to something or someone great. What shall it be? Or rather, what's the name?

That's it !!! And it to be..... " Apa Nama " in the Malay language.

The invention is an intelligent Walking-cane for the visually impaired people. Guided by GPS and other sensors, the device will also be interacting with the SupportPlatformCentre via the YTL 4G high speed Broadband system to provide safety and conveniences to the users. Hence with the new freedom of mobility, the blind will now able to explore and be more self-dependent.

Hello and Salam..... My name is Robest Yong. I have been an avid inventor for a long long time and I have been successful with several inventions, patents and awards. I had the concept of this Mobility-Cane for some time already but due to the lack of fund and the intra-fracture required, the idea had to be put on hold. The YTL's USD $ 1 Million Challenge with a stake prize money had given new life to this project.
